AN UNINSURED PERSON

Uninsured people in the Republic of Estonia also have a family physician. A person without health insurance has the possibility to receive medical care by paying for it themselves – see price list.

Emergency care (in a situation where the patient’s life is at risk or the loss of a limb/organ is possible) is free of charge for an uninsured person.

You can check the status of your health insurance and the name of your family physician on State Portal eesti.ee.
