OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CARE HEALTH CHECK 

The purpose of the medical check by an occupational health professional is to assess the employee’s state of health and the suitability of the working conditions for the employee and to diagnose work-related illnesses. We will do our best to ensure that the patient receives services in a timely manner and at the lowest possible time expenditure. The quality of our service and innovative solutions are important to us.

For this purpose, it is important that the company has previously conducted the work environment risk assessment and has identified the hazards (physical, chemical, biological, psychosocial or physiological), i.e. taking into account the nature of the work (for example over 50% of working time with display device/data monitor, night shifts for at least three hours, etc.). According to the information received, we will put together an effective Occupational Health Services package in line with the specifics of your company. If employers find our packages suitable, we will coordinate the schedules. Employees are required to complete a health declaration before seeing a doctor. All medical data provided to the doctor is confidential, and is not communicated to the employer. 

During the health check, we will also try to detect as quickly as possible such disorders that may originate from both the work environment and individual peculiarities (for example, family diseases) and provide recommendations for the treatment or prevention of illness. Detection of an early problem will prevent the employee from further deteriorating of health. 

After conducting a medical check, the occupational health doctor will issue the employee a medical statement to the employer, after having made the decision known to the employee himself. The employee will sign the medical statement to certify the acknowledgement of the doctor’s statement.
